Our administrative & Accounting Department plays very important role at Daiwa Gravure by supporting human resourses,personnel activities,computer system,safty and hygiene aspects of the company operation. 　　　　[ Administrative & 　　　　　　　Accounting Department ] [ Production Department,Inuyama Factory] [ Production Div 1 ] Our well established computer with DTP system works for printing plate all the way to helio plate-making.Especially,we became the first company to fulfill the new model hybrid system to realize clear printing in terms of both photograph and letters by the industry first system putting the imperceptible hole and ditch on the same cylinder by laser and engraving. [ Production Department ] [ Production Div 2 ] Our latest print system such as 8 color gravure high speed rotary printing machine which controlled by computer allows 150m/minutes high speed print even with complicated color designs.In addition,we have established a computer controlled,reliable color management system for the best quality control. [ Production Div 3 ] We have both dry laminators which put two substrates together by coating adhesive on the film surface,and extrusion laminators which put multiple substrate together by extruding a melted resin in between the films to meet a wide variety of customers needs. [ Production Div 4 ] We have high speed practical production system for both slitting and bag making process.We have 15 bag making machines and each line is separated to be efficient. We use various heat sealing methods,such as heat sealing,high frequency wave sealing,and ultrasonic sealing, in order to form the bags,depending on the customer requirements. [ Quality Assurance Dept ] Due to the nature of plastic film statics, the finished bags tend to attract dusts and contaminations.We carefully examine the finished bags one by one in a clean room to always provide the clean products to our customers.
